Smallprint - terms & conditions!
We recommend that bookings be made well in advance of the workshop or appointment that you want to attend to avoid disappointment. Bookings are only confirmed once we have received full payment.
If you need to postpone or cancell your appointment or workshop, please observe the following procedure:
For individual appointments cancellation is required at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours or non-attendance will be charged in full.
For workshops 14 days cancellation is required to get 50% refund. 7 -13 days you will receive a refund of 25%, we are sorry but anything less than 7 days you will be charged the full amount.
Notification of cancellation must be made by telephone (not email or text).
Should we need to cancell any workshops or appointments you will be given as much notice as we possible can and we will refund the full amount that you have paid for the cancelled workshop or appoointment. We do not accept responsibility for results arising from any cancellation.
Your personal information will not be given or sold to any third parties for use in direct mail or any other activities.
Our Treatments and Workshops do not offer financial or legal advice, you should seek professional advice in these areas and not take anything from any Treatment or Workshops to indicate advice on these topics.
You are permitted to print or download some of the material or information displayed on the website for your personal use but you may not republish it in any form without prior written permission.
We do not act as agents for and can give no assurances with regard to the persons, companies and other organisations whose goods and services are displayed or referred to on the website, nor with regard to the availability, suitability, fitness for purpose or proces of such goods or services. We do not endorse or recommend any of these goods or services and no liability is accepted by us in this respect.
